What metal should I get for my wedding band?
I’m on a tight budget and am wanting to spend around $60 for my wedding band. My engagement band is white gold with a .5 diamond and side stones.
I would like to find a wedding band with stones to match my side stones and found some on QVC in their Diamonique collection. However, the white gold ones are too expensive. They do have the same ring in sterling silver and platinum clad though. I read that the sterling silver will sometimes chip away at the white gold ring since they’re different metals, but what if I got them molded together?
I don’t know. I’m clueless. I just want a pretty wedding band for cheap. Haha, I make it sound so simple.
Any ideas?
I’ve checked all those places. I’m not asking WHERE to get one.. I’m asking *besides white gold* which would be the best metal to get to go WITH a white gold ring. Platinum clad OR sterling silver?

any department store really.
try the stores and the websites.
OK well besides white gold, platinum would be the best. Sterling silver will chip, you can get them together. But think of it this way, by the time you get the rings melted, or get a Platinum ring you will have already reached the prices of the white gold ring.
There are some different style of bands maybe what you are looking for, and some of them aren’t that bad. I suggest it out.
Also if done correctly some gold bands will look right, but you would have to check that out.
